Equal Game Workshops
Norfolk FA are excited to announce details of our upcoming Equal Game Training Workshops, which aim to support clubs with insight and knowledge to help grow female provision.
Are you looking to start-up or increase female provision at your club? Develop your knowledge and skills to do so by signing up to one of our FREE Equal Game Workshops.
The workshops will run for two-and-a-half hours and will deliver useful information and provide best practice examples of how to support the growth of female participation.
This workshop will cover:
- Club identity and governance
- Marketing
- Workforce
- Finances
- Facilities
The content is based on research that has been carried out through engagement with football clubs, volunteers, parents and players across the country.
Clubs attending the workshop will receive bespoke ongoing support from County FA and Norfolk FA’s Equal Game Ambassador, Anoushka Williamson, to support clubs post-workshop.
