Rainbow Laces Returns For 2020
This year’s Rainbow Laces Campaign runs from Thursday 26th November to Sunday 13th December.
As with many things this season, the campaign will look different from previous seasons. However, we encourage our #NorfolkFootball community to come out in support for the LGBT community by joining in with the campaign.
Norfolk County FA are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals across our County who participate in football. Whatever your involvement in football, whether it is as a player, coach, volunteer, referee or fan; football should be enjoyed by all and that is why we are supporting the Rainbow Laces Campaign again this year.
Norfolk Inclusion Strategy Advisory Group Chairman, Ken D’Rosario said “Rainbow laces is an important, fun and visible way for people involved with football in Norfolk to show their support for LGBT inclusion. Being open and inclusive of people from every community is an important cornerstone of keeping our national game accessible and enjoyed by all.”
Should we be back playing football in December, we would love to see you wearing your Rainbow Laces at training and/or matches. You can purchase your laces via the Stonewall website by clicking here.
To show #NorfolkFootball you are supporting the campaign, you can post photos via social media including #NorfolkFootballIsProud.
