Norfolk FA Long Services Awards

If within your respective club or league you have a person that deserves recognition of the long service they have given then nominate them for a Norfolk County FA Long Service Award. You can do this either as a surprise for the individual or with them being informed.

Please complete the attached form fully and submit to the County Headquarters no later than 1 July for the nomination to be considered by the Board of Directors at the July Board Meeting. Nominations received after this date may not be considered until the following season.
