Whether you have never kicked a ball before or are a future lioness there is something for everyone and teams are always on the lookout for new players. 

Youth football ranges from U7's–U18's, and the FA have risen the age of mixed football to U18’s making football even more accessible to females across the country.

norfolk women & girls' league

The Norfolk Women & Girls' Football League are largest provider for female teams in Norfolk.

Starting from U8 through to open-aged, they currently have 225 teams registered, including a three-tiered open-aged women's provision and a competitive 7-a-side women's division.

All age groups also participate in the league cup competition, with each cup competition for youth and adult take place at one venue creating an enthralling cup final day experience.
