Norfolk County FA is the not-for-profit, governing body of football in Norfolk. Founded in 1881, it governs, regulates and develops grassroots football across the County, sitting under the umbrella of The FA.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven and innovative individual with a passion for growing Girls and Women’s Football in Norfolk, to join the football delivery team as an Equal Game Ambassador.

Our Equal Game Ambassadors will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clubs and providers to develop sustainable female provisions
  • Delivering the Equal Game Workshops with County FA staff
  • Creating bespoke support packages following clubs’ attendance of the Equal Game Workshop
  • Signpost and help clubs access relevant support
  • Building trust and developing effective relationships and partnerships with England Football Accredited Clubs
  • Delivering practical support sessions to a range of club volunteers

We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history and understanding of the female football pathway in Norfolk. They will need to be an advocate for female football with an understanding of the challenges and barriers that both players and volunteers can face.
