If you are 14-24 and play an active role in Norfolk football, whether that is as a player, a coach, a referee or supporting the running of a club or league you may well be just what we need to help shape the development of football.

The Norfolk FA Youth Council will have its own Strategy in which each member will have ownership of a set of targets to work towards to help the Youth Council achieve its main objectives and also complement the Norfolk FA Strategy.  

It is not just a County initiative, the FA have the FA National Youth Council too…!

There are 26 other County FA’s which have Youth Councils as well as the FA National Youth Council. The Youth Council will offer opportunities as Norfolk’s very own Megan Smith has proven; currently siting on the National FA Youth Council as a project officer and representing The FA on a United Nations trip to Berlin.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference in football to make improvements and developments for the next generation to thrive in!
