    Privacy Policies and Player Registrations

Due to GDPR regulations, every player will need to see a copy of the privacy policy that relates to where their player registration data is stored. All clubs should also have completed their own Privacy Policy which each player is shown prior to registering to their club for the new season. The Norfolk FA Privacy Policy and a club template Privacy Policy are available to download at the bottom of this page. For further information regarding the GDPR regulations please contact Muckle

To make the registration process easier individuals who have previously been registered / associated with the Club will already be attached to your Club records on WGS. This will also mean that there may be individuals attached who are no longer part of your Club. It is your responsibility as a Club to ensure this data is accurate and up to date. If you have individuals who are no longer part of the Club still attached you should remove their records or, alternatively, send a list of these individuals to us and we can remove these records on your behalf. It is important this process is completed to ensure your Club complies with GDPR.
