Player Registration Form

For 2024-25 the League completes player registration forms using the Club Portal. Consent for players is completed either online via the Club Portal or by using an offline consent form which can be found at the bottom of this page.

Player Transfer Form

To be used to transfer players from one Club within the League to another. Don't forget to ensure that you comply with the FA Rules when approaching players who play for another Club - further information on player approaches is available here.

Please also remember that players may not be transferred after 31st March 2025 except by special permission of the Management Committee.
